Located in Japan, we introduced Japanese quality manufacturing process, such as Toyota Kanban method known as Just In Time, “Yatai” or Cell production method. Individual workers attend weekly “QC circle” activity to analyze every problems occurred in the past week for continuous quality improvement.
The field feed back is captured through InTouch for our input. InTouch is our key contact from the field operations, available 24 hours 7 days a week. |
